Youth: The pillar of National Development

In a simple sense, country development is the process of moving the material condition of a country from poverty to prosperity, bad to good, and illiteracy to literacy. Only a community of young individuals who have not been left behind can easily bear such a serious responsibility as national development. The basic power to pull the chariot of national development youth is the power. The strong arms of the youth can overcome any challenge and obstacle. No matter how difficult the challenge is, we have to bow our heads in front of the enthusiasm and vigor of the young individuals. Therefore, by getting the fuel of courage and enthusiasm of the youth, the country can easily overcome any obstacles and bonds in the path of development and the country can take a long leap in the developmental drive.
Youth is the energy of national development whose indomitable courage can be used in the development of any country. The selfless dedication and sacrifice of the youth have played a vital role in bringing the world to the pinnacle of material prosperity. The smile of development can be seen on the face of the country that has spent its creative labor, skill, and sharp intellect for the country. The state should take a special initiative to activate the youth who are playing the deepest role in the development of the country. An environment should be created in the state to boost the morale of the youth. Some youths get lost due to the lack of a proper environment, lack of proper education, and lack of proper employment opportunities, the speed of national development slows down. Where the youth is forced to go abroad for work in the name of employment without being able to live on their lips, there is a shadow of decline on the face of the country.
The youth who fall prey to such addictions also become a headache for the family, society, and the nation. Even for such classes, if his morale is increased by arranging training, employment, and work according to his qualifications, abilities, interests, and skills, he will also be able to laugh at the host of development of the country and can open new doors of national development. When a crisis arises in the existence of a country, they can speak out and can face any challenge for nationalism and can easily attack poverty, deprivation, and backwardness. Therefore, the state must build employment dams to divert the youth resources of its country towards construction. Their enthusiasm must be accompanied by high self-confidence and morale.
At present, our country Nepal is experiencing a decline in the use of labor and skills by the youth. Therefore, the pace of development in the country has been limited to turtle races. In the name of mercenaries in hotels and streets and in the name of Lahure, there are many Nepalese who returns home with the empty hand at old age after wasting their youthful zeal as the foreign army. Nepal does not seem to be able to accelerate on the path of development. Using them in the national interest can transform the nation. The youth can play a significant role in the development of the country if they are given a conducive environment to grow with vigor but without letting the youth, who are a strong pillar to carry the heavy responsibility of national development. Young people can set an example in the entire development of the country.
